How the 4 Areas Guide JCI Project Planning
When a JCI Local Organization plans its annual calendar, projects are selected and classified under one of the 4 Areas of Opportunity. This framework ensures a balanced programme that develops members individually, strengthens communities, builds international ties, and fosters entrepreneurship. Awards such as the Kamal Patra and national recognition programmes use project classification across these four areas as a key evaluation criterion.
