National Convention (Natcon)
NationalThe flagship annual event of JCI India, bringing together members from across the country for business sessions, training, networking, and celebrations. The National Convention is held at a different city each year and draws thousands of JCI members, leaders, and alumni. It is the primary platform for electing national leadership and recognizing outstanding contributions.
Zone Conference (Zonecon)
ZoneAnnual conferences held at the zone level, bringing together Local Organizations (LOs) within a zone for elections, training sessions, and collaboration. Zonecons are a key opportunity for members to engage at a regional level, share best practices, and participate in zone-level awards and recognition programs.
JCI World Congress
InternationalThe annual global gathering of JCI members from 100+ countries. The World Congress features international business sessions, the election of the JCI World President, and the TOYP (Ten Outstanding Young Persons) awards ceremony. It is the most significant event in the JCI calendar. The 2026 World Congress details will be announced by JCI international headquarters.
Growth and Leadership Conference (GLC)
TrainingFocused on member development, the GLC provides training sessions, workshops, and seminars for JCI leaders at all levels. The conference is designed to build skills in areas such as project management, public speaking, organizational leadership, and entrepreneurship, directly supporting JCI's mission of empowering young people.
Area Conferences
RegionalRegional events that bring together multiple zones for collaboration, elections, and training programs. Area Conferences sit between zone and national-level events in the JCI India structure, providing a platform for inter-zone engagement, leadership development, and recognition of area-level achievements.

JCI World Congress 2026
The JCI World Congress is the pinnacle annual event of Junior Chamber International, gathering tens of thousands of members and alumni from over 100 countries. Each year, the host nation is selected through a bid process coordinated by JCI headquarters in Chesterfield, Missouri.
The 2026 World Congress will feature the election of the JCI World President for 2027, the TOYP ceremony honoring the Ten Outstanding Young Persons, international business sessions, and cultural programs representing the host nation. Specific dates, venue, and registration details for the 2026 World Congress will be announced by JCI once confirmed.
JCI India members and alumni interested in attending the World Congress should coordinate with their Local Organization and national office for delegate registration and travel support.
About JCI Natcon
The JCI India National Convention — universally referred to as Natcon — is the largest annual gathering of JCI members in India. Held in a different host city each year, Natcon is the platform where national leadership elections take place, the year's best projects and organizations are recognized, and thousands of members from across the country come together.
Attending Natcon is a transformative experience for many JCI members. The event typically spans several days and includes business sessions, training programs, cultural evenings, and extensive networking opportunities that connect members across zone and state boundaries.
